Description As an HR Advisor, you'll be at the frontline of HR operations, providing invaluable support in: employee relations investigations grievance management diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives absence management, and more As a key HR Advisor, you'll be leading crucial conversations, revamping policies, and ensuring they're robust enough to support the growth trajectory. Your role will extend beyond the confines of the HR office - you'll be fully immersed in the on-site presence, assisting with: inductions identifying skills gaps conducting training needs analyses playing a pivotal role in recruitment working closely with line managers, guiding them through HR policies and procedures with finesse and clarity Profile The successful HR Advisor will be: a people-person someone who thrives on face-to-face HR experiences someone who relishes the opportunity to work directly with line managers. While strategic thinking is essential, this role will suit an HR Advisor who is grounded in the practicalities of HR and can translate complex policies into everyday language. Ideally, you'll hold a Level 5 CIPD equivalent qualification and boast a strong, up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
