Position Overview
In this role , you will be responsible for continuous development and effective implementation of the organization's Health and Safety policies, practices and procedures at it's Coventry facilities.
Refining policies, collaborating closely with line managers to ensure adherence to HR procedures.
HR advisor to oversee employee relations, investigations, diversity initiatives, actively engaging in on-site activities like inductions, skills gap analysis, and recruitment support.
