We are seeking two HR Officer with a focus on employee relations to join the HR & Training team at Greater London Authority.
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on a range of ER cases, including probation, disciplinary, capability, resolution, and sickness absence, and will support line managers in line with relevant ER policies.
Day to day of the role
Provide advice on the application of HR Policy, including disciplinary, resolution, sickness absence, and other employment issues.
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable HR Officer to join their Business Partner Team for a temporary 12-week contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to employees and colleagues, working collaboratively with others to deliver HR interventions and manage employee relations cases.
Hybrid - 2/3 days attending meetings in person / 2/3 days remote working
The customer resolution officer will be responsible for investigating and responding to customer feedback and resolving complaints having opportunity to make a genuine difference to the customers experience.
This role is working as part of a small team to deliver the customer resolution service.
Weekly Hours: Full time 37 Hours per week (Monday to Friday)
To advise and represent individual members and or/groups of members in relation to terms and conditions of employment and in respect to problems at work.
15 hours per week hybrid position temp role- possible chance of being long term
This will include representation and organising in the private and community sector and in education settings, across a wide range of employers.
