HR Advisor 3m DRC £200 - £250 pd. Fully Remote Our client, a leading figure in the insurance industry are looking for a employee relations specialist to support their team on a interim basis. You will manage a variety of cases and support employees in managing a mixture of disputes, grievances, working requests and absences support. Responsibilities: Advise and coach line managers to effectively manage all employee relations issues in line with the HR policy Collate and use examples of case law and best practice precedents in order to educate and coach line managers Act as the point of contact for hiring managers, employees in relation to HR queries Ensure effective, timely case management of people related issues Experience: Proven experience working in employee relations Strong communication and influencing skills Strong organisational, planning, time management skills CIPD qualified or working toward.
