This role is Monday- Friday 9am - 5.30pm 37.5 hours per week.
Our client a leading car and vehicle company are seeking an Employee Relations Manager to join their growing team, based in South, this would be a full time, permanent position, offering a Hybrid working model of 3 days remote working and 2 days at either their Essex or Surrey site, this would be offered after the 3month probation period.
They would be offering a salary of up to £40,000, plus bonus and other company benefits.
What will you be doing
As the ER Manager, you will have extensive HR experience, ideally gained in a retail or blue-chip environment, you'll be up to speed with the latest developments in employment law.

The Human Resources Manager (HRM) will be responsible for leading HR processes, driving people management initiatives and balancing the HR direction for all locations within the UK, ensuring that strategy, policy and procedure are aligned and implemented.
Overall responsibility of the full HR lifecycle, including Recruitment, L&D, Employee Relations, Reward, Performance Management, Hr Metrics, policies, strategic direction and organisational development and design.
