The role of Employment Advisor requires a tenacious, highly organised, motivating and innovative individual, able to work in a fast paced target driven environment to support people with multiple barriers to move into sustainable employment.
Our Employment Advisors are highly self-motivated individuals who manage a caseload of participants to empower them in to sustained employment.
With a positive can do attitude they are adept at brokering and sustaining exceptional relationships through reverse marketing with a myriad of employers and community organisations and stakeholders selling the benefit of work, whilst always putting the participant at the heart of every opportunity they create.
My client is a Independent Financial Advisory firm, specialising on advising both businesses and individuals on aspects of Financial Planning including Investments, Pensions, Retirement Planning, Mortgages and on the Corporate side Employee Benefits, Pensions, Corporate Protection and Finance.
My client is currently going through a company restructure due to implementing an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) later in 2023, the purpose of this will be to transfer ownership of the company to the employees of the business.
Due to this we now have a need to employ a Financial Adviser who will gradually take over around 150-200 clients from the principal fee earner of the business over the next year.
