We are looking for an experienced Careers and Employability Adviser with extensive knowledge of working with care experienced young people (16-26) to guide and support young people in their professional development to help them reach their full potential.
Pension and contributions are payable 3% after 3 months of service, employee assistance programme.

This is a wonderful opportunity to work as part of our HR Advice team providing HR and Employment Law Advice to the wide variety of clients, including fellow HR professionals, throughout various industries across Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
The role requires you to work within a team providing legally compliant advice and HR assistance to clients by telephone to support the needs of the individual client and to highlight any options that are non-compliant and ensuring the client is fully aware of the risk these options present.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
To work in line with the departmental KPI's, ensuring support is provided to clients in a productive manner with quality sound advice and within set SLA's.
The HR Advisor will have a strong background in writing policies and procedures, preparing documentation for audits, and managing training programs for staff.
