We are seeking someone with a strong background in working with radar systems for a variety of applications, strong experience in algorithm development, modelling and systems engineering - ideally with either an aerospace or defence background.
Experience needed: Experience of requirements management and technical report writing within a complex, high-technology manufacturing or engineering industry such as defence, aerospace, automotive, maritime, nuclear and similar.

Reporting to the Electronics Sustainment Manager, you will be leading the RF Engineering function supporting projects and product lines in both the UK & USA.
Products you can expect to work on include Weather Radar, Doppler Radar, and Radar Altimeters.
Looking for an experience Field Engineer / Installations Engineer to deliver a range of projects from simple repetitive multi-site per day equipment upgrades like PED, and Printer swaps, to full new store openings of new QSR environments (quick service restaurants).
New restaurant openings usually involve a first visit 2-3 days 1st fix data cabling, then around a 5 days second phase, putting in all the IT, EPOS and associated equipment, commissioning, testing and hand over to client.
The client then offers ongoing service maintenance contracts, and you will undertake ad hoc Field Service calls.
