As a key part of our team, you will work directly with the children and young people to complete psychological assessments and trauma informed interventions.
You will provide support for recovery through the Ashurst Mastery Model which promotes assets, reduces barriers, prevents and mitigates the impact of trauma and prevents harm and/or re-traumatisation.
Our suite of children and young people's residential services provides trauma informed care to looked after children with complex trauma presentations, mental health difficulties and/or risk behaviours.
