Job Description: A Bradford Primary school are seeking an experienced HLTA to join their school on a long-term basis to provide support to pupils and staff, contributing to high standards and achievements.
The role will involve supporting the teacher in behavioural management and in the delivery of lessons.
In this rewarding role you will act as an Emotional Available Adult (EAA) for our learners.
By providing mentoring and coaching to ensure vulnerable students have a high-quality experience in college, are fully included in the College community and are not disadvantaged in comparison to their peers.
Supporting children with mix of SEN and SEMH needs
Full-time position (Mon - Fri 8.30am - 3.30pm with 30 min lunch)
