Empowering Learning are supporting an independent provider of specialist education, who support children and young people aged between 7 to 19 years with neurodiverse learning needs.
The specialist provision offers an alternative to residential placements for young people heading towards negative pathways and focuses on catering for pupils who are unable to attend most school settings, aswell as those likely to have experienced multiple exclusions and been out of education for period of time.
They are seeking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher, who will also have SENCo responsibilities on a permanent basis from September 2024, within their community-based provision in East London, that provides therapeutic education for complex and vulnerable neurodiverse pupils.
Our focus is providing our learners with the skills to be successful in their futures, whether that is continuing in education through higher education, an apprenticeship, or supporting them into a higher-level job.
At Capital City College Group (CCCG) we are dedicated to transforming lives through exceptional education and training.
