Aspire People in Manchester are recruiting for several Teaching Assistants for schools across the Rochdale area. We have a variety of roles available which cater for individuals aged 4-11, who have been primarily diagnosed with SEN. Your role would be to support the pupils 1:1/within small groups within school by offering a supportive and relaxing environment, where young people can receive the specialist education and multi-disciplinary care they need. In the roles we have available, each child receives an individualised education programme, which is tailored to meet their specific needs and is supported by a therapy team that include psychology, occupational therapy, specialist speech and language therapy, mental health practitioners, therapy assistant and family support worker who work in conjunction with the teaching assistants and qualified teachers.
