Editorial Assistant Location: Pynes Hill, Exeter (Hybrid Office and Home Working) Salary: £25,000 per annum Our client is a leader in illustrated non-fiction publishing with a focus on art, craft and wellbeing categories. They create books and products that ignite and nurture their readers' hobbies and interests. From their base in Exeter, Devon, they publish around 60 new titles each year, which are distributed globally. The Role The company are looking for an Editorial Assistant to join their in-house content team on a permanent full-time basis. This role will assist the entire team, ensuring the smooth running of the department, particularly during busy times and holidays. The Editorial Assistant will be responsible for managing eBook production and reprints, as well as providing editorial support to the sales and marketing teams for the creation of catalogues and sales materials. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual interested in developing their skills and experience within an editorial team. Full training will be provided, but some relevant workplace experience and a knowledge of Adobe InDesign would be beneficial.
