As the first point of contact for our residents, you'll have excellent communication skills, and capable of working with other internal teams to deliver services to residents so they can enjoy their homes and the wider facilities provided.?
You'll be required to manage access to the building for residents, contractors and visitors, and be a key-holder for the building, ensuring security of the communal areas and facilities.?

Our client, a leading customer communications company, is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
Rotational shift pattern - Two weeks of earlies, worked 7am to 3pm, one week of evenings worked 3pm to 11pm, one week of nights worked 11pm to 7am.
Role Purpose
The primary role of this position involves delivering comprehensive support in Preventative, Corrective, and Reactive maintenance to the operations team, facilitating seamless management of our auto-fulfilment site assets.
