About the Community Support Leader role

This is an unusual ‘Hybrid' position and will be an interesting and varied role for the right candidate.

Thera East Anglia have secured some funding through Norfolk's MSIF (Market Sustainability & Improvement Fund). This funding will be used to improve Workforce Capacity and Retention Measures which lead to sustainability and improvement within Norfolk's Adult Social Care market.

We would like to use some of this funding to find a new Community Support Leader who can support the development of new Supported Living & Floating Support around Norwich but also, have a focus on recruitment and support Thera East Anglia with their recruitment needs.

Although this is a fixed term contract, it is likely that the position could become permanent.

You will gather information about each of our Support Locations and the people we support's ‘Ideal Support Worker' and work closely with our Recruitment and Resourcing Department ensuring that bespoke, person centred adverts advertising job roles are created.

You will then monitor applicants against each of our adverts and be the first point of contact before passing details onto the relevant Location Managers to take forward.

This is a very important position and will ensure that the speed of which we are able to process applicants is much better.
