This is a key role supporting the organisation and its functions.
They will contribute to the provision of quality services by providing administrative support in a professional and efficient manner to reflect the organisation's reputation and will ensure the smooth running of the service administratively and as the 'first point of contact' with our partner organisations and local authorities.
The post holder will assist all members of the team including among a range of administrative tasks, arranging meetings, compliance checks, training and data inputting.
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our client supporting the ODA department.
Communicate and liaise with stakeholders and local authority staff and subcontractors/landlords.
Reporting to Head of Property Procurement Services, the ODA Specialist will be the main point of contact for the Procurement process and Property management.
Our client requires an individual to provide support to financial advisers and develop a longer term career progressing towards paraplanning.
Diploma study support is provided and the client would prefer you to be studying.
The role is based in Leigh-on-Sea Essex area with a highly respected IFA Wealth Manager and will require you to work in the offices 2 days per week and 3 from home.
