We are looking for a driven, bright, and motivated individual with a history of high performance to serve as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced organization.
Occasional travel to Munich and/or Los Angeles may be required)
We are supporting a well known charity to support with the recruitment of an Executive Assistant on an initial 2M contract with the possibility of extension.
This is predominately a remote position however you will be required to visit the London/Horsham office for meeting.
Key Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant
- Supporting the Director of Strategy and Transformation.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Executive Assistant.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a wide variety of stakeholders, alongside the skills and experience to effectively manage and prioritise a busy workload and meet strict deadlines.
To be successful in this role you will be a competent and experienced Administrator who has experience supporting Executives and taking meeting minutes.
We are currently seeking a professional, articulate and organised EA/Administrator who plans meticulously, has excellent attention to detail and is available to commence work mid-August for a period of 12 months.
The role will involve providing a high level of administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer/Clerk to Council, and the Deputy Clerk to Council who support the governance function.
