The Administrative Support Assistant will work with the Engagement Team for 1 day per week to ensure important ongoing administrative and business tasks and supporting the team to deliver face to face and digital events, engagement, communications and volunteer support.
The Administration Support Assistant will also work for Somerset Environmental Records Centre Team (SERC) for 2.5 days per week to support with the data flow process, managing data uploads and enquiries from customers.
(You will have prior experience in a coordination / administration type role, perhaps as a Sales Administrator / Coordinator, Project Administrator / Coordinator, Operations Administrator or any role where you have had to manage client accounts, put together quotations and order parts / materials)

To act as the site systems administrator and to work with other systems administrators to develop and manage the relevant planning software system to ensure it remains up to date with regard legislative changes and to enhance the efficiency of the Service to ultimately achieve a better quality of service to the public.
