Our client is a junior mining company that is looking for a talented Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate must excel in travel and diary management and be ready to travel around the world. This role will involve supporting two senior executives of a mining company. Responsibilities: Organize and manage domestic and international travel arrangements. Coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare travel documents and manage visas if necessary. Provide daily administrative support (diary management) to two senior executives. Required Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven experience in handling complex travel bookings. Flexibility and availability to travel frequently internationally. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Qualifications: Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in office software and travel management tools. Fluency in English; some proficiency in French is advantageous. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. We are looking for 3 Environmental Sales Executives with a passion for environmental markets and sustainability, with fluency in a specific language, to focus on the European market. You will be joining a highly successful, award-winning organisation who operate within the energy and environmental industry - this means we're looking for you to have Gas and Power industry experience and an excellent understanding of the energy market. Each of these roles requires a different language you must be fluent in the below language (ideally to a Native level) as well as English German Spanish Multilingual (three or more languages (including English) within Europe) Day to day of the role: Cultivate and enhance relationships with clients, perform in-depth market research, and carry out trading activities, prioritising your specified market and broader EU market. Conduct thorough analysis to pinpoint new client prospects, discern market movements, and uncover trading prospects in the European environmental sectors. Strengthen client rapport by delivering timely market intelligence, insights from research, and detailed product knowledge. Work in tandem with the sales division to craft compelling sales documents, presentations, and propositions tailored to the needs of your clientele. Actively engage in client discussions and sales conferences, ensuring diligent follow-through on subsequent tasks. Keep a close watch on market shifts, regulatory changes, and sector-specific news to remain abreast of European environmental market dynamics. Facilitate trade deals, upholding strict adherence to both external regulations and internal company protocols. Accurately document all client communications and transactional data, leveraging CRM tools with an emphasis on activities within the European markets. Collaborate with various departmental teams to inform and enhance trading strategies and aid in the development of new products. Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology, as well as initiatives in sustainable finance across Europe, to spot potential avenues for business expansion. What will you bring: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, environmental science, or a related field. Over 5 years of experience in front office roles in commodity sales, trading, or related environments. Strong interest in environmental markets, sustainability, and climate change issues, with a focus on European markets. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and market trends. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with European environmental regulations. The salary range is very much dependent on experience (flexible for the right person) and is not inclusive of their discretionary annual bonus. This is an office-based role - Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm, so please ensure you are able to commute to West London (Zone 2) on a daily basis.
