Our Client, a luxury later living company, are looking for an Executive Chef to work with the existing team and create exciting menus across multiple-venues, working 40 hours across 5 days.
Executive Chef Role Responsibilities
Developing high quality dishes to support menus, maintaining agreed target GP's.
Designing a range of exciting menus across both sites including themed events.
As a Sous chef, you will be supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality and freshest ingredients in all dishes.

Full-Time, Permanent, 4 days on 3 days off, (48 hours)
