Our kitchen is a hub of culinary creativity, excellence, and we're seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our ranks.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Your ideas and creativity matter—we encourage you to contribute to menu development and special events.
  • From mise-en-place to final plating, you'll be hands-on in creating delicious dishes. Your attention to detail ensures consistency and flavour perfection.
  • Help manage stock levels, track ingredient usage, and optimize ordering. We believe in minimizing waste and maximizing freshness.
  • Our guests' happiness is paramount. Taste-test dishes, ensure presentation meets our standards, and address any concerns promptly.
  • Bring creativity to the kitchen by experimenting with flavours and presentation.

Qualifications:

  • Culinary training or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in a similar role, preferably within a fresh food quality restaurant
  • Strong cooking skills across various cuisines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Attention to detail and a genuine passion for food.
