An exciting opportunity has arisen for an efficient Executive Assistant. The role will be to support Directors in all aspects of administrative work relating to business and personal affairs. Duties and Responsibilities To help the Managing Director to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial, administrative and other tasks. Screen and direct incoming telephone calls Filter incoming e-mails, responding to correspondence and queries on the Managing Director's behalf Diary management booking and confirming meetings and appointments. Making travel arrangements as required You will need to have experience working within a PA/EA role with good systems skills, using MS Office.
