We are seeking an organised and professional Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-quality support to our Executive team. This role offers the chance to be involved in the exciting growth plans of our business and is ideal for an experienced EA looking to join a successful company in a varied role with opportunities to learn new skills.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Provide high-quality EA and organisational support to two key Executives.
  • Manage extensive diaries, assess priority of appointments, and reallocate as necessary.
  • Support a wide range of meetings, including preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings, and papers, noting action points and following them up.
  • Handle incoming mail efficiently, responding or drafting responses as needed.
  • Create presentations of business data/information and maintain reports.
  • Act as a key liaison between senior executives, managers, and other key parties, setting up meetings and maintaining good communications.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation, keeping executives' diaries updated with all arrangements.
  • Process accurate expense claims and provide reception cover for lunch and holiday periods.
  • Perform office administration and management duties as required.
  • Provide high-quality and professional office hospitality to visitors.
  • Undertake any other duties as necessary.
  • Must excellent PowerPoint / presentation skills

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Significant experience as an Executive Assistant at C-level.
  • Proficient in diary management and handling potential diary conflicts with regard to business priorities.
  • Excellent team working skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Experience in creating informative presentations of data or information in a business context.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally.
  • Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent attention to detail, including proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
  • General business acumen is desirable.
