Our client, a law enforcement organisation, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team on a fixed-term contract of 6 months (pending clearance). The role pays £14.50 per hour and you will be able to apply for the role on a permanent basis whilst in post, which will also be advertised externally. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide invaluable support to two managers, ensuring their day runs smoothly from start to finish. This is a Monday to Friday role, with 40% of your time spent in the Embankment office (2 days per week) and 60% working remotely. It is preferred that at least one of your office days are Tuesday-Thursday each week. Responsibilities: Efficiently manage diaries and inboxes, proactively identifying and taking forward actions from emails. Handle incoming correspondence with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality. Arrange travel and accommodation bookings, ensuring seamless logistics for business trips. Take accurate minutes in meetings, ensuring all important information is captured. Liaise with clients and other stakeholders, maintaining excellent relationships on behalf of the managers. Skills and qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role Adept at multitasking and managing competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
