Accelerate Teaching is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Attendance Officer to join our vibrant team at a Secondary School in Bradford.
As the Attendance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive by promoting excellent attendance and punctuality.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and record student attendance and punctuality accurately, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
You will need to be organised, with strong ICT skills and an administrative background.
You will be part of the Student Experience Team at the Leeds International Study Centre working with the existing Registry and Operations Department supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the centre.
Leeds International Study Centre and its programmes are provided by Study Group in collaboration with the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University.
The role will involve converting court documents so that they are accessible to the barrister using specialist OCR software, proof-reading documents and also orientation/practical help at court.
This role is to act as a personal assistant to a visually impaired barrister.
The job is varied and involves travel predominantly throughout Yorkshire, Lancashire and the North East so applicants will need to be enthusiastic and flexible.
The post holder will undertake a variety of tasks including coordinating student assessments and progression, managing student data and finance accounts, assisting with student attendance monitoring, and provide support to academic staff and SMT where necessary.
The International Study Centre needs an experienced and accomplished Student Experience Coordinator - Operation and Student Finance.
This is a fast-paced environment and the successful applicant will have proven customer service skills and previous experience of working with international students, possess excellent IT, communication and organisational skills.
