An opportunity has arisen in the Events Department for the appointment of an Events Administrator.
The department plan and coordinate nationwide events as well as webinars, the Events Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Events Coordinators as well as other administrative duties.
Within this Events Executive role, you will plan and executes smaller events, from proposal to completion as well as assists senior staff with complex, large-scale events.
You will be responsible for managing on-site event operations and oversees smooth running, creating event materials such as invitations and information packets and analyse post-event feedback to measure success (ROI).
This Events Executive role is positioned in a leading law firm and will play a pivotal role to support the team with events across regional office on a temporary contract.
