This Events Executive role is positioned in a leading law firm and will play a pivotal role to support the team with events across regional office on a temporary contract.
Within this Events Executive role, you will plan and executes smaller events, from proposal to completion as well as assists senior staff with complex, large-scale events. You will be responsible for managing on-site event operations and oversees smooth running, creating event materials such as invitations and information packets and analyse post-event feedback to measure success (ROI). You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams such as Marketing and Client Services, for a cohesive experience.
The successful candidate for this role will have events exposure and/or enthusiastic marketing professional who is confident with stakeholders from a professional services environment.
