General
To contribute to the smooth running of the Civic Affairs team activities, playing an active and engaged role in the work of the team, deputising for the Civic Affairs Manager at events when required, making some autonomous decisions with guidance whilst maintaining relationships with a team player attitude.
To deal with queries and requests regarding Civic event activity, to maintain accurate costing records and to provide expert and coordinated advice, support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders in the creation and delivery of Civic events, reducing and eliminating if possible reputational and financial risk to the Client.
