As a Project Co-ordinator you must have excellent administration skills as your day to day duties will include: Liaison with internal departments to support with issuing quotations, invoices and raising PO's when required Manging incoming orders, loading them onto internal database, ensuring all parts are accurately entered and bill of materials created Ensure deadlines are met and order timeline is adhered to. Raising any issues with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient resolution Attend occasional client meetings via Teams to update on order process You must be able to work in a very reactive, fast paced environment and have the confidence to deal directly with departmental management to ensure the smooth progression of customer orders through to delivery. To enable you to do this, you must: Have meticulous attention to detail Be able to prioritise your workload in a reactive environment with every changing priorities Be confident, professional and have a "go get it" attitude towards work You must have previous administration experience and ideally experience within a planning or project environment Have the ability to take on board technical information and knowledge Be confident using Microsoft suite, and happy to learn bespoke computer packages.
