Our client, a prestigious Birmingham City Centre events & conference venue is seeking an Events Operations Assistant to ensure the operational effectiveness of events & conferences by focussing on the setting up of rooms and events spaces.
Ensuring rooms are set up to an optimum standard for a varied programme of event activities including corporate and private hire events, conference and banqueting, profile rasing activity, exhibitions and cultural initiatives.
Specific duties include
Preparing spaces across the venue portfolio ahead of events and bookings.
This part time role (four days a week) will be to support the Conference Team with the running and execution of events online and across the UK.
My client is looking for someone with a can-do attitude, great customer service and an eye for detail.
