Marketing Manager £45,000 plus benefits London / Essex office - Hybrid working Full time permanent role Our client who are an Audio-Visual events company are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Manager to join their team based between their 2 offices in Essex and Central London, where you will be paramount in boosting the company's profile within the events industry. To be successful in this role you will be experienced in implementing leading marketing strategies and initiatives and will ideally have worked in the events industry. It is paramount that you also have experience across all social media channels, as well as copywriting and CRM experience. SEO, Digital Ads and eCommerce knowledge is also essential. Due to the nature of the events industry, this role is very hands on, varied and fast paced and will require travel to events and meeting clients across the UK and Internationally on a regular basis. Duties: Responsible for the annual Marketing department budget, forecasting and reporting alongside the Commercial Director Head the development and implementation of the company communications strategy in relevant industries Oversee company PR strategy across all media and press including industry broadcast news and publications to raise and maintain the company profile Responsible for company CRM strategy using Hubspot to create monthly e-shots for the Sales team Lead the development and management of the company website, including keeping content up to date and appropriate, making improvements to functionality and advising colleagues on maximising its potential Attend networking events to communicate brand and support sales activity where required Manage the social media strategy and schedule across all accounts including Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, & others, including creating content, writing engaging captions, responding to messages and reporting Analyse and report on competitor trends relevant to the business Research and write copy for external articles and press activity Collation of information and feedback on company's activities in order to create personal success stories and case studies Set (with the Commercial Director), monitor and forecast an accurate Marketing & Communications budget Set (with Commercial Director) and manage KPIs for all Marketing activity across the business Experience and skills: Experienced in keeping up with event industry trends with a finger on the pulse Knowledge of legal & financial requirements ?Understanding of market research methods and analysis Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes Comfortable dealing with people at all levels, particularly senior team members Experience working within a fast-paced organisation Comfortable within an ever-changing and developing environment Experience of software packages such as RMS, Hubspot, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
