The role: Managing and developing European business, both direct to retail and via distributors. Work closely with internal product development & marketing teams to find solutions for customers. Opportunity to grow existing business substantially across multiple categories and a high number of product SKUs. Develop new business across countries the business are not currently trading with in Europe. Responsible for budgets and sales targets. Be tenacious, driven and a self-starter. Able to spot opportunities and develop relationships quickly. Will need to have previous export/international sales experience Ideally, you will have operated in a similar product category such as licensed products, gift or toys for example.
