We are looking for a Training Manager to take charge of improving the training function for our Premier Installations team.

Our training team supports a fleet of fully qualified Gas Engineers and Electric installers to be the best they can be whilst always remaining fully compliant.
We collaborate with different teams to boost performance and ensure continuous improvement with streamlining process and making sure we have a robust system in place.
In this role you will be responsible for providing technical Health, Safety and Environmental support to individual sites, business units and projects, whilst promoting the principle that effective management of health, safety and the environment is an integral part of efficient business and operational management.
You will provide leadership across all levels of the business, co-ordinate the Health, Safety and Environmental activities and lead the regional HSE team(s) to facilitate implementation of policies and procedures to the required legislative standards and best practice guidance across multiple sites within Unipart Rail Ltd (URL) and Unipart Technologies Group (UTG) Business.
This role involves setting the direction for Health, Safety and Environment (including sustainability) across the business, whilst also taking a collaborative approach to ensure continuity with the wider Unipart Group.
This position supports the Head Of Finance and Risk - Battery Electric Vehicle.
Main goal is to ensure complete Financial Control of one of the BEV Programmes, ensuring all necessary processes are being complied to, and the necessary financial performance of the programme is transparent at any time, including risks and opportunities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Control and Report the financial performance of the BEV Project at regular intervals.
