Collaborate with stakeholders, sponsors and the Training Business Partners to develop and deliver innovative digital learning resources.
You will be able to continuously evolve and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to improve engagement for learners.
You will be responsible for developing and producing high quality digital learning resources and working collaboratively with colleagues and external parties to ensure digital learning is produced to a high standard and meets the training needs of the organisation.
Responsibilities include using a range of digital formats, including eLearning, videos, podcasts, and emerging technology, to design and deliver training.
This role is key in delivering effective, targeted digital and online learning solutions across the organization.
