Responsibilities
Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets through diligent Pre-Production to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality audio-visual solutions tailored to live event environments, including in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats.- Conduct site visits to effectively gather the necessary contextual information from which you will then build the overall proposal for the event.
Develop project specifications and deliverables, fostering an environment of teamwork and innovation, particularly in adapting to the unique demands of each event type.
