Rochdale Council are looking for a Qualified Joiner, to join the Managed Property Services (MPS) Team, as they are recruiting for a Joiner to be part of a reactive and planned maintenance team providing a high quality building maintenance service to the customers of Rochdale Borough Council.
You will be required to carry out various joinery installations and repairs, within set timescales, to a manner that demonstrates a high regard for customer care, and a high standard of workmanship, efficiency and compliance with customer / contract requirements.

Document Preparation: Draft and prepare legal documents, including contracts, correspondence, pleadings, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Case Management: Assist solicitors in managing files, including document preparation, case tracking, and filing.
You will also manage a small caseload of lower-value or routine cases as appropriate.
