Civils Operative / Labourer Whitefield, Manchester, M45 – UK travel required
- Full time, Monday – Friday (overtime and weekend availability)
- Permanent position
- Salary starting from 13.50 per hour

The Role
As a Civils Operative / Labourer, you will support our construction and maintenance projects. From manual labour to ensuring that health and safety standards are upheld, you'll work across different sites to help deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general building maintenance and labouring duties as required
- Perform manual labour tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning on site
- Adhere to health and safety procedures and complete daily risk assessments
- Use tools and equipment to perform basic construction tasks
- Ensure all equipment, materials, and site arrangements are prepared for each workday
- Complete job sheets, timesheets, and documentation on basic tasks using a computer
- Travel and overnight stays for projects are required
