An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a new Temporary Administrative Officer for the Information Governance Team, within the Service Performance and Communications Department, South Wales Fire and Rescue Service Headquarters, Forest View Business Park, Llantrisant, CF72 8LX.
The successful applicant will provide administrative support to the Information Governance Manager in matters relating to Information Governance, ensuring compliance with the relevant legislation.
Establish and maintain an efficient document control system, ensuring that all documents are properly identified, categorised, and stored for easy retrieval.
Manage and control all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, permits, and correspondence, in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.

Responsible for planning and delivery of communications & marketing at one of our very largest high visitor volume properties in Wales with a high marketing activity requirement.
You will lead the development and delivery of the communications and marketing plan, which aligns to and is in support of the national Audience Plan.
You will also provide communication and and marketing advice and support to key property staff.
