Role Overview: The company are seeking a meticulous and proactive Document Controller to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all project documentation using Viewpoint, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with industry standards. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our projects and supporting the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain project documents and records using Viewpoint, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Control the distribution of documents and ensure timely receipt of all project-related information.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to gather and disseminate necessary documentation.
  • Ensure all documents comply with company and regulatory standards.
  • Provide training and support to team members on the use of Viewpoint and document control procedures.
  • Regularly update and review document control processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on document control activities and project status.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in the construction or fit-out industry.
  • Proficiency with Viewpoint
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to document control.
