Position Overview
This role is responsible for managing the document control process to ensure the accurate creation, handling, distribution, and maintenance of all documents and drawings in line with our company procedures and compliance requirements.
This position involves routine document control activities, including reporting, document tracking, and supporting teams in document management.
We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Administrator to join our team.
We are currently recruiting for a Document Services Operator on behalf our client, a leading US law firm.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to work independently during overnight hours (Monday to Friday, 11pm-6am)
You will be required to build document templates for a variety of Commercial documents.
Using our bespoke software, you will work through documents to identify and extract each piece of information as it is encountered, building robust templates that allow our customers to send their documents.

To provide a proactive and professional support for all practice and business services groups across the firm including (but not limited to) audio/digital dictation typing, copy typing, amending/formatting large and complex documents, producing comparison documentation, Word/PDF conversion and manipulation plus the preparation of diagrams, slides, spreadsheets andother ad hoc requests as required.

To provide fee-earners with proactive and high-quality secretarial support that appropriately meets their requirements, enabling them to focus on providing legal services to clients and reducing the need for them to undertake administrative tasks.
Diary and contact management
Proactively manage and maintain fee-earners' diaries, scheduling appointments and co-ordinating internal and external client meetings and ensure all work activities are scheduled effectively, including the identification and resolution of potential challenges and clashes.
Having a good knowledge of fee earners clients, liaising with their PAs.
Large international law firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Document Production Specialist to join their in-house document production department on a full-time permanent basis working 2 days a week in their London office, and 3 days per week from home.
You will have a choice of working hours, either 8am - 4pm, 8:30am - 4:30pm, or 9am - 5pm.
The salary for this position will be up to £48,000 dependent on skills and experience level.
I am working with an international law firm and they are looking for a remote graveyard shift document production operator to work Saturday to Tuesday, 00:00 - 08:00 [28 hours].
The salary is £33,600 for four nights plus benefits and bonus.
