You will be required to build document templates for a variety of Commercial documents. Using our bespoke software, you will work through documents to identify and extract each piece of information as it is encountered, building robust templates that allow our customers to send their documents. You will be part of a team building new templates for our customers, whilst also providing ongoing support to our existing customers as they make regular changes to their document templates. This is a fast-paced role which is often time critical

Duties: • Analysing and extracting the content of healthcare and local government documents using our bespoke software • Investigating and troubleshooting any software issues • Maintain a high standard of quality control in response to change • Reading and analysing the content of medical letters and considering an appropriate plain English version • Following pre-defined procedures and documentation to aid timely task resolution • Escalate any issues or queries to the Manager – Commercial • Maintaining a clear log of activities using our bespoke task management software • Support customers daily with any changes they may want to make to their document templates • Liaising with customer facing teams and more technical teams to understand what customers want • Communicating directly with our customers to support them with any document queries
