Reporting into the Finance Director, typical responsibilities will be to
Reviewing and approving journal entries for to ensure accuracy, valid business purpose and compliance with US GAAP.
Reviewing and validating any significant transactions in advance to ensure that the proposed entries are complete, accurate and comply with US GAAP.
To be the controller of all operational financial activities within the business.
Working with a fractional CFO and a part time bookkeeper the role is a perfect opportunity to fully own all of the operational financial activities of the business with a small but growing team working side by side with the Operations Team.
In this newly created role, the Group Controller will be the key point of contact within the UK and overseas business units on all financial reporting matters.
