Personal Assistant to the Business Director Start Date: Immediate Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, 30 Days Annual Leave ( Bank Holidays) Location: Hillingdon Salary: £33,000 - £38,000, depending on experience We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant to join a high-performing independent through school in Northwood as soon as possible. The school are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Business Director, handling confidential information with discretion. Main Responsibilities: Manage the Business Director's diary, meetings, and correspondence Ensure objectives, reviews, and appraisals for direct reports Record sickness and holidays for direct reports Compile the monthly management information pack Collate and analyse data for Coaches, After School/Breakfast clubs, and lunches First point of contact for parents regarding coach and lunch services Maintain school policies and procedures library Coordinate statistical data returns (e.g., DfEE, ISC surveys) Assist with bursary and hardship applications, liaising with parents Manage inquiries related to Bursaries, Hardship Fund, billing, and collection Support project work as directed by the Business Director Maintain Business Office documentation and databases Record and manage the School's Gift Register Communicate on behalf of the Business Office with various stakeholders Support and promote the school's ethos and objectives Adhere to safeguarding policies and ensure a safe working environment Promote equality of opportunity and maintain professional standards Required Qualifications and Attributes: High-level PA/Secretarial experience Project management skills Data collection and analysis proficiency Advanced Microsoft Office skills Excellent written and oral communication Highly organized and able to prioritize Problem-solving skills and initiative Confidentiality and integrity Adaptability to new processes and change Experience in an educational setting Benefits: Workplace pension with up to 10% employer contributions Free School lunches during term time Free School Sports Centre membership Free on-site parking 50% fee remission for staff children Strong professional development culture Generous occupational sick pay Cycle to work scheme If you have the required skills to be considered for the post, we welcome an application from you.
