You will be reporting to the Operations Director, leading a team of production & continuous improvement engineers supporting direct & indirect activities.
The purpose of this role is to manage and facilitate engineering & continuous improvement activities and initiatives across the organisation with accountability for strategy design, project implementation, review and communication of benefits.
