The Job: As the Director of Sales, your responsibilities will include: Develop and expand a strategic account list, targeting travel advertisers and agencies. Recruit, retain, and nurture a high-performing sales team. Manage end-to-end client communication, from initial outreach to post-campaign follow-ups. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams. Master my clients brand, audience, and solutions. Monitor performance against revenue targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
