The Agency Operations Specialist supports the Head of Agency Operations in managing multiple complex systems and processes that support the efficient operation of the B-Hive, its internal clients and other partner agencies.

The B-Hive is an in-house creative agency bringing to life the creative needs of some of the most recognizable brands in the beauty industry including No7, Soap & Glory, Liz Earle and Boots own brand.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Operations Manager will work as a key member of the Senior Management team to support business growth in line with budget expectation, collaborating and engaging with customers, staff and the wider business to maintain, deliver and improve production output.
