To provide a proactive, efficient and effective customer-focused service to Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Language Centre applicants to the University, from application through to registration and to make a major contribution to student recruitment at the university.
To undertake high level of administrative and analytical activities through point of application to enrolment including assessing for academic and English Language requirements; visa eligibility; fee status assessment; and maintaining the data integrity and accuracy of records.
