We are delighted to be supporting one of Scotland's top tier law firms as they look to bring in a PPC Manager to join the team. With a unique marketing set up, they have a team of talented specialists who together operate like an internal agency for the wider business. We're open to 2 different routes here. You could be looking to come in and focus predominantly on their PPC offering or you could be looking to take on more responsibility and there is scope to have a more managerial focus across the team - still with your main focus being on delivering PPC Campaigns. This will be a hybrid role - looking at 2-days on-site, however for the first 3 months we'll be looking at this being fully office based whilst you get settled in. We're looking for... Proven hands-on PPC experience with a history of running successful campaigns Experience across Google Ads and Bing Used to managing sizeable budgets and setting strategy You'll be numerate and results orientated - used to maintaining and monitoring keyword bids, budget caps impression sharing and other metrics as well as reporting Comfortable research and analysing competitor ads Familiarity with SemRush, Supermetrics, Tag Manager, Hotjar etc A working knowledge of the back end of websites, functionality and ability to understand offline conversation You will be... Managing paid advertising campaigns - mainly Google Ads, but also Bing Tracking, reporting and analysing website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns Managing campaign budgets, keeping on top of monthly costs Generating weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics Providing recommendations and executing strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting and other facets of paid search in line with lead generation Optimising ad copy and landing pages for lead generation Working with the rest of the digital team in a co-ordinated and strategic manner We'll also be open to a more wider remit here for the right individual. In addition to the above, there is the opportunity to look at a more managerial role in the department for those with supervisor experience or ready for that next step up in their career. Overseeing all the digital marketing function in terms of strategy SEO functionality and co-ordinating the approach to grow the presence of the website organically Social media in terms of content which is dovetailing with paid media to raise awareness of brand Content creation and working alongside the Client Experience Manager to manage flow of content to the website (both video and written word) Website functionality and technical performance reviews The good stuff...
