Are you passionate about driving digital excellence and leading impactful marketing campaigns? Our client are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead their online presence and elevate their digital strategies. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their digital landscape. Key Responsibilities: Website Management and Digital Marketing : Lead the ongoing development and management of the websites. Collaborate with the digital agency to implement new features and fix bugs. Ensure all content is current, engaging, and SEO-optimized. Conduct regular site reviews and identify areas for improvement. Brief the creative agency for new imagery and creative needs. Identify and implement CRO testing opportunities for continuous improvement. Oversee website management, email marketing, event promotion, and PPC campaigns. Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to drive strategic initiatives. Contribute to broader digital marketing activities, including marketing emails. Social Media: Develop and manage the businesses social media presence. Create and distribute compelling content, including a bi-weekly LinkedIn newsletter. Optimise campaigns Regularly analyse and report on social media performance. Team Leadership: Line manage a Digital Marketing Executive and support their professional growth. What We're Looking for: At least 2 years of experience working in Digital Marketing Understanding of social media management Understanding of website management and content creation Ability to work collaboratively with external agencies Experience working in a similar environment, ideally a complex FTSE 250 financial services firm, but very open to different industries
