Are you passionate about driving digital excellence and leading impactful marketing campaigns? Our client are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead their online presence and elevate their digital strategies. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management and Digital Marketing :

  • Lead the ongoing development and management of the websites.
  • Collaborate with the digital agency to implement new features and fix bugs.
  • Ensure all content is current, engaging, and SEO-optimized.
  • Conduct regular site reviews and identify areas for improvement.
  • Brief the creative agency for new imagery and creative needs.
  • Identify and implement CRO testing opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee website management, email marketing, event promotion, and PPC campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to broader digital marketing activities, including marketing emails.

Social Media:

  • Develop and manage the businesses social media presence.
  • Create and distribute compelling content, including a bi-weekly LinkedIn newsletter.
  • Optimise campaigns
  • Regularly analyse and report on social media performance.

Team Leadership:

  • Line manage a Digital Marketing Executive and support their professional growth.

What We're Looking for:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in Digital Marketing
  • Understanding of social media management
  • Understanding of website management and content creation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with external agencies
  • Experience working in a similar environment, ideally a complex FTSE 250 financial services firm, but very open to different industries
